Valencia winger Goncalo Guedes scored the only goal as Portugal won 1-0 against Netherlands to lift the 2019 UEFA Nations League trophy.
Netherlands almost got back into the game but Memphis Depay’s powerful header was saved by Portugal and Wolves goal keeper Rui Patricio.
Ronaldo came very close to scoring when he went past two defenders from the left, but his shot went straight at Netherland’s keeper.
England came third in the tournament after a victory on penalties over Switzerland in Guimaraes.
