Nigerian talented Afro-House, Niniola has post a very heart-touching tribute to her dad
killed years ago. Today makes it 25 years precisely since the demiss of the
singer’s father passed away and she took to her Instagram handle to account tribute to
her dad, Simeon Olaosebikan Apata on his death anniversary. Her father was a retired
Nigerian Army Brigadier-General before he was murdered on the 8th of January, 1995.
Nini in her post unvailed that she decided to celebrate his death rather
than being unhappy and wished he could see how grown she is.
She wrote;
On this day years ago, you were taken away from us but instead of being sad I choose
to celebrate your life. And to let you know that the seed you planted on this earth has
germinated…I wish you were here Daddy to See your Baby…I MISS U DADDY SIMEON OLAOSEBIKAN
APATA!!! I’m forever proud to be from EKITI STATE because of you. Omooluwoleja Your Favourite Daughter.
